Note from the author:

It is my hope that, if nothing else, the things I write may at least start a conversation or cause a new seed to be planted in your mind.
Perhaps we should all spend a little more time talking about things we typically take at face value. After all, “because it is,” isn’t really a reason.
Question everything, wonder endlessly about the world, and never forget your grain of salt before leaving the house.

We rip out so much of ourselves to be cured of things faster that we go bankrupt by the age of thirty and have less to offer each time we start with someone new. But to make yourself feel nothing so as not to feel anything—what a waste!”
